Virtual Celebration of Life
Recorded Sunday, November 5, 2023
Jim’s family invites you to view the celebration of life service & reception to honor his life and legacy.
I am sorry that I could not attend the Celebration of Life but Uncle Jim was a great uncle! He was the jokester in the family and everyone would look through the birthday cards for the card from Uncle Jim because you knew it would be funny! Sometimes the cards wouldn’t get passed because it was “inappropriate”. When the “Goldstone Girls” have gotten together, we would talk about Uncle Jim’s motorcycles especially his chopper! Of course, Valerie and Laura don’t remember that! I do remember him dancing with me at my wedding. He could dance so well and I just tried to follow and keep up! I also remember him with coffee in his hand and the big coffeepot! He also cooked the baked beans for my second wedding and I remember him saying “they are done when you can smell them through the whole house”! If anyone wants Vermont Maple Syrup, remember where we are (Fox Creek Inn in Chittenden, VT) and not far from Rutland, Paul Langevin! Love you all!
Please accept our sincerest condolences from the Whitney family. Jim was so loved by his family, and I know that he will be missed dearly.
Anne
